Hope Front IS to Post Mount Adaptor
Hope mount adaptor to mount a 51mm international standard caliper (i.e. Hope, Formula, etc) to a 74mm post mount fork (i.e. Manitou) with a 20mm increase in disc size.
Please Note: Unfortunately not compatible with new Marzocchi Post Mounts

I used it when I was running a hope front brake with an IS caliper but on modern post mount forks, it was quite hard to get hold of and no longer needed so I thought I'd offer it up on here
As far as I can remember it was about £12-£15 or there abouts
