Hope bulb? How can I get this to work!!?

Its down to the inner dimensions of the bearing fitted
For example im sure you can fit a thicker bulb axle into a ti glide . The bearings for the bulb and ti appear to share the same outside diameter so you use the bulb bearings. :?
The inside diameter of the Pro2 bearing fits the 9mm qr end spacers or 20mm circlip in spacers. What is its outside measurement :? Or could you find a bearing with the bulbs outside diameter but with the pro 2 inner size

I would think it best to check spacer thicknesses also as hope seem to have a bloody huge range

The one pointed out at the bottom on the left cos that is what my 20mm ones look like in my Bulb.

I also believe that the first gen Bulb like you have uses a different axle to the later six bolt ones.

Have you tried UK Bike Store? They tend to be quite good for older Hope spares. I'm pretty sure that you can still get the 20mm adapters so I would have thought that you can get the QR axle.

....that blue flanged hub you have (third in from the right) do you have all the relevant guts for it? ...wanna sell it? it's EXACTLY what I need! (or swap it for my bulb wheel on a 321 rim)

The QR axle for the hope bulb is a through axle unit. However, the earlier ones with a 5 or 4 bolt mounting had a different axle length to the later one with a 6 bolt rotor mount.

I'm after the 6 bolt versin (Part number HUB415 from Hope).

Unfortunately, they don't seem to make any of the Bulb QR axles anymore.

So, if anyone has any of these Bulb QR axles lying around, it would be good of you to dig them out as the bulb hubs are good solid hubs.
