Hope BB tool to borrow?

Hi. Need a hope BB tool desperately. Can anyone let me borrow one if I cover postage?

No but you can use a Green Park peg spanner instead. Unless your BB shell has threads that are in a bad way, in which case you should get them chased first, regardless.

I've fitted pne Hope and 3 Royce BBs using one of these, and none of them creak or have worked loose.

I have to remove it first so my frame can be re-sprayed. I took it to Halfords earlier and they used a normal type 'pin spanner' on it and it just broke the pins plus gouged up the cups on the BB

I reckon I really need to proper tool to get the BB out. Its not been in there long so I dont expect its seized, but I think I did use some threadlock when I installed it. Probably shouldn't have done that.

Need to be careful with em... If the bb is tight in you can shear the pins off the tool....it happend to mine :-(
