Oddly enough it seems to be some sort of premonition as I have been looking for an e-stay and also someone I know wanted me to try out Kayaking... Lets hope I don't need all that for HONC.

That said, really not sure on ride choice for HONC - would anyone recommend a cyclocross bike?

THM I jibbed as I have an exam (why I signed up for that I will never know) on the 13th May and it's blooming hard so need the weekends before to revise.
