I know it’s a rare one, quite likely the only one but already more than I expected. When it was first up for sale about 10 years ago I’d have gone to maybe £500 for it. Too many bikes bought since then including a fillet brazed Muddy Fox albeit an Araya one have diminished my need to own it somewhat. Crazy as I could afford it now much more than back then!

All it takes is two fellas hellbent on owning it, and if it is an actual one off legendary bike then that effect will be multiplied as they both know they will NEVER get another crack at this one. It seems only one bidder at the moment, I pushed it up to £600 but no way I want it enough to go any further, I reckon the lads put a silly bid in to see off all comers, fair play to him if money's no option.

I offered a bit more than what its at now (£610) a few days ago and he agreed then turned it down when cruch time came so assume hes thinking its worth more.....but at the moment only 1 person seems to be sticking multiple bids in.

Its a tricky one...rares as hens, but not exactly usable....I had a little windfall so was looking for something weird to buy hence my interest.
