Hoarding and clearing

Any other inexplicable hoarders? Clearing out a cupboard and sorting some odds and sods, I noticed for some reason I keep little bits of chain?? Even pins and plates. Also found several used cable ends :roll: On the plus side did find a set of inner chainring bolts and spacer, exactly what I was looking for and never realised I had :?

I'm the same..if I hoard for another 5 years I'll have a whole spare chain...

Dont know if this is classed as hoarding but ... Needed some cleat bolts sent the mrs and mum around the town to try and find some they come back with no luck ...opened the top draw on the work bench and Daaa Daahhh 4 shiney new bolts looking at me... they have been sat there 12 years +

I can go on like that... When a pair of jeans wear out I keep them in the garage "for wrenching"so I now have half a dozen clogging my shelves. Although, there may still be hope, in 2000 I cracked a CR18 rim beyond repair, and last week I chucked it ...... I did :shock:

I remember moving house in 1998 and having 5m3 spare in a 20 ft container. Next move 6 years later I needed 5 m3 additional to the container, and we had dumped the large 3 seat sofa caus' we'd buy a new one I think that equates to roughly 2m3 accumulated for each year.

That must be it, some people collect ...... I accumulate
