Just picked this up, my size, total bargain. Needs some TLC and a bit of polish, mind....as I've also a bargain set of Mavic Crosslink wheels, wondering whether to single speed it, keep it super light....

I have a nice Hope Ti screw on type rear hub mounted to a silver MAVIC 221 rim with a single speed Freewheel on it if you do go single speed

Tim, if you get chance to get a pic and price to me for the wheel, it might solve a problem? Have a decent front wheel, then the Crosslinks could go on the Kona....possibly..... :facepalm:

Also do NOT use suspension forks, ride 'em rigid!!

Cheers guys....have been working on this this afternoon, as couldn't work due to the bloody weather.... :facepalm:

It now has a sus fork as the Kona has the rigid, but I'm looking at all the options. Would rather keep the head badge for now, as it's unusual to find them with the 'bubble' decals still intact, and the head badge....

Have weighed it, don't think the head badge adds much to the weight
