Highlander bike??? Fillet brazed frame

Hi,
Here is my new bike, pictured as bought.
The brand seems to be "Highlander". Is anyone knows this brand?
It might also be the model, like Raleigh did.

Can't help with the brand but looks to be high end

I have added a Flite for now. But I might choose a Cinelli unicanitor, a Turbo or a Kashimax GTV. Don't know yet

Indeed. Even with the Python tires in 2.25, I still have a good margin.
Later, I might choose tires with tanwalls.

Some info on the build:
- frame and fork: Highlander (it seems)
- dérailleurs, hub, crankset, pedals, thumb shifters, brake levers, brakes: Deore
- handlebar: Italmanubri Mach 3
- stem: unknown
- headset: stronglight
- saddle: to be added
- seatpost: Campagnolo (nuovo record maybe) in 26.6mm (need to be replaced, because it's too short as it has been cut. I have put it at its limit for the pictures)
- rims: Mavic Oxygen M6CD

Too bad, we cannot add a voting system to elect the right saddle. But please share your view on that
