Home- made recumbents are a thing - but this one looks good and has style.
Many are an appaling hippy mess of chopped frames, kids bikes, wires and furniture.
I think the pillow-drive thing is one of those wind-up radios, the HP sound system.
Note the sturmey, lucky it's in Norfolk
