Well, Karen and I became grandparents yesterday, as our daughter Jenni gave birth to Henry James Boultbee at 18:53, weighing exactly 7lbs.
Here's the photo that Jen sent us of him with his dad, George, taken when he was less than two hours old.

He wasn't due until the 22nd, by which time we'd have been in Greece - however, we'd kept on at him to put in an early appearance and he duly obliged .
