Help with Sachs hubs

Looking for a little bit of help with my new build.

The bike has come to me with Sachs hubs but despite much use of Google I can find out nothing about them. Simply though, I need some new cones for them, as the current ones are badly pitted.

Here they are

Front - Sachs X4

Rear - Sachs U4

As a newbie to road bikes can anybody tell me what they are like - they are laced to Mavic Open 4CD rims for what it's worth.

Given I can't find any reference to them, what are my options? Measure them as best I can and order cones to fit?

Thanks

If you can obtain cones for Maillard hubs I think you will find they will fit,as some Sachs hubs were of Maillard manufacture, & IIRC the threading is compatible

Thanks - I'll try and seek out some Maillard spares. Failing that I may have to think about upgrading them to some Campagnolo hubs to match the rest of the build.
