help with frame tubeset

Hello
Can any one help i have found a frame for sale it is a lapierre titanium edition racelite, but i am not sure that it is titanium? i believe tubes may be fuji stout light.really difficult finding info.

Confused as to why it say ti edition.
Never mind thought i found an inexpensive ti frame.

You can usually tell by the welds (aside from the usual magnet test). Do you have any pics of the welds?

Pics are not very good but seller did do magnet test and frame is magnetic. I am perplexed as to why it is labelled titanium?
