Help with dating an early stumpjumper

I'm helping a relation in restoring a spcialized stumpjumper. Its believed to be number 2 in the second batch of frames built.
can anyone comfirm this, and shed any light on the actual date of the bike.

Let me know if more specific pics are needed.

Thanks for the help and info.
The bike has saturne hx28 rims which judging by the mombat link suggests that it was probably kitted out with an 85 spec.

Could be. Frame produced in the end of 84 so could be 85 specs...
