Help with 1980 team Raleigh

Hi.
I have a December 1980 Worksop built Team Raleigh Frame and forks and I'm currently collecting all the Campagnola Record parts to build back to how it left the factory.
It has a few nice features that I've seen on others but not all on the same frame.

Nice frame that, I believe it's the same as a Carlton professional. Good luck with collecting the parts patience and/or deep pockets will be a big help!

Cheers mate .
So far I have cranks, front mech, rear mech braded cable.
Looks like the wheels will the most expensive bit because I want it to be as new.
This one will be a slow build.

Hi, your post is titled "Help with..." but unclear on what help you are seeking so I don't know if I can be helpful.

Hi, sorry.
I just wanted to clarify if it is indeed a team Raleigh as I havnt seen another one with the slotted BB and the under BB cable routing.
The cables normally go through guides over the top.

Looks for all the world like a Workshop built Raleigh, oversize seast caps and portacatena dropouts. :)

The under BB guides were early versions and were a bit hit and miss for 80's Raleigh. The Carlton Pro tended to gave over BB guides until 1982 ish

I think they made it up as they went along LOL

Worksop, 19th fortnight 1974 (or 1984?) the 556th to be made in that shift? (this is not confirmed) Not sure on the 4 but would normally have a letter designation for morning or afternoon of that shift.

The colour scheme with Black head tube arose several times but I cannot tally it to the logos. This decal arrangement with Black head tube seemed to arise in 1977/1978.

No Chrome, standard BB stamp out. It could be a Raleigh Team Replica 12. 1983 so possibly tail end for hitting the 1984 date stamp and would match on the decals and colouring from the little I can see in the photos.

Interesting.
The frame number is WS0004556. 4
I had that as Worksop December 1980.
I'm even more confused now :-) Was Worksop still producing bikes as late as 84 ?
