Help - where to buy SDG rail adapter

great, another ebay disaster.

got a nice new SDG seatpost that arrived this morning, come to fit it, it does not work with the standard twin rail saddle. :twisted:

I didn't expect that!!

the top clamp can be replace with one that fits conventional twi rail saddles - but where to buy one?

anyone know?

second ebay disaster was some carbon sheet that was listed as 2 mm thick, turns out to be 1.3 mm thick. :twisted:

sdg x-beam rail adaptor is what you need, looks pretty new onto the market, it maybe that they are being released next year or something if this was shown at a trade show in 2011, I cant find it on the SDG site either

yes ^^^ that is the only reference to it I could find on the web; didn't realise it would not be available for so long.

not good news

so need to find another 30.9 mm 400 mm seatpost with zero layback that weigh in around 260 g ish.
