HELP - Removing the forks from an 80s peugeot frame.

Once I get access to a vice I'll use that method to get it off. Lost a 30 minute battle around my garden with it last night.

Does anyone know what size the ball bearings are for the bottom of the head tube?

I seem to think they are 5/32"
