Does a carbon bike from 2009 even warrant a post on Retrobike? I believe it does, these are looking more retro now than I like to admit...
Bought on a whim as a complete bike from eBay because I've always wanted a frame with an integrated seatpost. The components on it were all shagged and it had evidently been raced given the tubular wheels and (bald) Tufo tyres. The only things I salvaged are the frame, fork and stem.
There were a lot of stickers covering various paint rubs on the frame, but fortunately none had gone through the cosmetic top layer or two of carbon. The frame polished...
As an aside, my proper road bike is a rim brake Epoca R30 from 2017 and that gets looked at askance at races for being old fashioned now.
