Help Needed - Machine Polisher

Evening All,

I have a rather rough USE post in purple.

Am planning on stripping off the remaining purple anodizing and polish the post.

The problem is I am properly rubbish when it comes to polishing of such things!

If I strip the anodizing could anyone help with the polishing?
