Just check the usual as with any frame - make sure the welds all look intact, check for gouges/dents on tubing, inspect chainstay for chainsuck, straight hangar, bb threads intact, etc. I have heard that some Zaskars have suffered cracking/splitting around the headtube, but not sure how common a problem this was or if it was confined to a particular batch or year.
