Help me date this GT?

This is onbe of those "found in my parents' garage" type things. My dad bought it a long time ago. It's pre-1990...the only way we knew it was a GT was because it was stamped into the top tube.

Any thoughts? I remember all the decals are repros, my LBS had them lying around.

There was one model that was 'standard' double diamond rather than triple triangle, was it the 'outpost' or similar. I remember a black one in 1991-1992

The 1992 Outpost had a TT..

The black paint was ours from a can. The paint before was a mess, deffo not original.
