Help me choose; singlespeed content.

Currently own 2 built up bikes. My Klein Fervour is my the love of my cycling life. To use as a winter hack I bought a cheap ally Trek frame and built it up. As is always the way, something else came along and I now have a Bonty Privateer. Both are more Retromod than period correct as they are regularly ridden. I don't own a 'modern' bike anymore. Wifey will not let me have more than 2 built bikes and isn't happy with 'because' as a reason for owning them so I have decided that either the Klein or the Bonty will become a singlespeed, making it different enough to justify keeping it! But which one?

Th Klein looks way too small for you so I'd ditch it and get a decent single speed frame in the right size.

Not what I asked though is it?
I searched for 11 years for a fervour in candy red, let alone one in a Klein size L, for personal and emotive reasons. Looks smaller than it is due to silly bent seatpost.

I'd go Klein for SS. A stiff light frame will allow more power to reach the rear wheel and in turn the ground for max effect. You dont want to lose power with only one gear ratio
