Help Marzocchi Bombers Z3 Light

I just need to know which way and what everything on the daming goes. I will retake photos latter once home.

Oil is on it's way. I've all new parts waiting too be built and a belly to burn off

Tuning

To those who've serviced Marzocchi Bomber Z3 and/or Z4 forks, do these models have a rebound setting?

The reason i ask, is because i have Z4s and i believe they have an internal rebound adjustment which i've accessed through the right leg oil bath while replacing the oil. How is the rebound correctly adjusted?

Tech docs are in the Archive for the early bomber (aka 1997 to 2000 Bombers.) Found very easily by typing Bomber into the Archive and Gallery search..
but here for convenience

Z4 are non adjustable, you need to change the oil. That's why they are Z4 and not Z3's

Also we're well out or 'RETRO <97 territory here ;) ok just out.

They are stamped as 1997 on the lowers on the casting. So i'd go more so with 1998 era

Oil arrived today. Forks have driped free of oil. Will give them a final wipe down to be tidy. So anyone

Anyone, please? I've half a day tomorrw off work so i can build them, and then drop the bike off to be built. They want silly money to do the forks so i wont be doing that

Also seams like mixed results on oil, 50mm or 35mm from the top with stanction down

You've been given instructions in links, exploded diagram (which shows how you put them together very clearly IMHO) and other advice based on the pics you posted.

I honestly don't know how we can help anymore - I think you need to take it to a shop or a friend who knows more if you can't do it. There isn't as if there is many parts to put back together!
