Help - KHS Specifications

I've just picked up this KHS Comp softtail. Can anyone give me some more info on it? Year, spec etc? Most of the parts are definitely not original so I'd like to try to bring it back to spec if I can.

Actually, I've done some digging and it's seems it is all original. The parts have the name PowerTools and apparently this is KHSs own componentry. Who ever came up with that brand name aught to be shot but there you go. A quick strip, clean and rebuild and she'll be a good cheap hack.
