Help identifying my Italian Frame

Hi long time lurker, can anyone help identify this frame I’ve had for a few years. It has Pinarello decals but isn’t and is Ritcheyesque. Seatpost is 25.8mm

I’ve removed the decals with a heat gun, weirdly the paint splatter is quite prominent where the decal was solid but splatter has faded where see through

Hi mate, I'm pretty sure it's not FRM frame, FRM was born in 1991 and I believe it didn't made steel frames.

FRM was 91 as above.

As above, I agree. I'd say a Cinelli frame would be the most likely. Tehre a few differences with that one on Ebay, but plenty of similarities - I'd look to see whether the frame number format matches up with the format Cinelli used.

Yes it’s very similar - I noticed the lug on the seat tube differed slightly and another couple of minor things - but as you said many more similarities.
forks and rear drop outs on the eBay bike and the other on this thread have pannier holes which means it’s a touring orientated rather than race frame and forks.
