Help identify this crank

Stupendously long – I guess we're looking at the 180mm cranks – apparently, the arms were available in 170mm, 172.5mm 175mm, 177,5mm or 180mm lengths.

Now I know it could well be the effect of browsing this on my phone, but that looks cast to me rather than CNC'd?
