I am having a hard time finding manuals or information about this fork.
If someone could guide me to find a manual or tell me how i can get it appart.
I have removed the clip in the "middle" holding the sealings.
And i have removed the top cap.
But i can´t figure out how to remove the schrader valve. I think i need to remove it?? I can turn it and there is two small spring in the two small holes.
Thanks in advance...

Hi there,

There should have a small ball bearing sitting on top of spring, purpose was to provide a click for the adjustable plastic cap if I remember correctly.

Release any air pressure
Use suitable sized socket to go over valve and gently hit with hammer to push down aluminium cap a few mm
This should show a circlip, remove this
Screw something onto valve and pull aluminium cap out of stanchion

Cannot remember lower section I’m afraid but drain any oil and I think maybe an Allen key headed bolt might be at the bottom. I might be wrong here, this is based on 25+ years memory.

Mark

Thanks Mark... Everything was exactly as you described. I was completely stock, but thanks to you i am moving on.
I am trying to loosen the allen key but it seems like it just keep turning... and i can´t get it loose Do you know how to get it loose....

So maybe there is another circlip at the top of the lower section once you remove the seal/bushing?

As shown in one of your images....then the lower section is gently tapped with a hammer and block of wood to separate from the stanchion.
