Well that's just a whole new can of wormsJust checked and the cranks are JIS taper, so maybe the Shimano BB is ISO.

Shimano are JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard).

Great thanks. The Shimano must be too short then, so I'll just get a longer version of that BB as it goes really easily into the frame. I think the RPM one must just be crap. BB number 3 on the way.
