Or 96. I don't know of any way to tell the difference, other than the serial number sequence.

I wonder whether he'll get a bid at £530 posted? I don't know whether the non-Kona shape frames fetch as much as Kona-shaped ones, and Steve Jones struggled to sell his superior (naturally) 97 example on here at a lower price.

Once you depart from the Kona shape, why should it be worth any more than any other TiSport frame like a Marin Team Titanium? (£300-350?) My so-called KHS that was built by Litespeed and weighs over 10% less than a Hei Hei cost me £210. I guess there's just something about the Hei Hei's image that makes lots of people want one.

yes, the 'classic' kona stylee are much more in demand, and overall just far better bikes
