HEEEEELP! Knackered drop out adjuster

I agree with Finney, now I've thought through my method it's far too fiddly and complicated.

As I mentioned that's a short dropout so not sure why it needs an adjuster having seen those pics........ I'd file it and block the hole up against rust.

They look like shimano dropouts to me?

I wouldn't know what make they are Shaun, not seen them before. Seems unlikely for an Italian frame though.
Seller said the bb is English threaded too, which also seems unlikely. But what do I know, this is my first Italian frame

I have an Italian frame (I think) which is all Columbus SLX including dropouts but it too has an English BB

Might not be Italian but cannot identify it at all
