Was hoping to be going swimming after work tomorrow but have read that Chlorine makes the symptoms even worse *sulks*

My first year in London, and the first time I have ever had the symptoms! I grew up just north of Leeds surrounded by open parkland, woods and fields. I lived in rural Oxfordshire surrounded by crops, then last year I move to the city, where you have to go out of your way to find anything green at all and I develop hayfever...just what the feck?

Damnit , it is evil. Eyes streaming & red, nose running, sneezing, headaches...

I put the blame on having to look after my sisters cat before christmas. I then discovered I was allergic to cats, and now pollen is setting me off!

Get some honey from your local area. Have it on toast or sweeten your tea/coffee with it. Works for me.

The soot particulates from diesel fumes has lot to do with respiratory problems, and to think there is less tax on diesel because it's the "green" fuel :roll:
