I've used Chain Reaction many times in the past with great success, but recently things seem to have gone downhill.
About 3 weeks ago, I ordered a new rear wheel, a thumbshifter and some cable stuff. Everything appeared in stock but when I heard nothing for a week or so, I had a look and one of the cable dressing kits was out of stock which was holding the whole order up.
I sent an email asking if they could chase up the out of stock part to speed up my order, but was told that was not possible and to either put up with it or cancel my order.
I kept my order and within 2 days the part in question arrived at my house and an email was sent to me stating it was now in stock.
A week and a half has now passed and the rest of my order is 'still processing' and they wont answer my emails. I have phoned them and was told they would email me back, but still nothing.
I'm really pissed off about this as although it's crap service they do offer the best price and I cant afford to go elsewhere.
