Harry Hall 531c frameset 55cm TT with Campagnolo groupset

Selling complete bike, Harry Hall 531c early '90s frame, 57cm ST x 55cm TT, Campagnolo Veloce groupset. As the photos show, it hasn't been stored well in the last twenty years. I'm hoping someone will have a use for it. I haven't checked the bottom bracket, but the seat post is free.
