I bought a Wippermann chain from them around the same time, came in a sensibly sized Jiffy envelope, so maybe CRC has returned to packaging sanity (although admittedly the boxes are easier for the council to recycle)?

not sure how bulk jiffys are bought but i expect them to take up more room
