GT Zaskar LE

I bought a GT Zaskar LE frame with RockShox Judy XC forks yesterday. Can anyone please tell me how much I should be asking for it please?
There are no dents, cracks or major scratches, just small ones and it needs a really good polish!! The forks work fine, the guy I bought it off said he had changed the elastomers not that long ago.
I've tried to upload a picture but it's not letting me just now. I'll give it another go later.
Thanks in advance!

What would you like to hear? Just give it a price what you think its worth for you . Or maybe do you think you under-valuete it?

Re:

Since you just bought it yesterday wouldn't you think it's value is the same as the price you just paid? As mentioned above, if you think it's worth more, the only way to find out is to post it at your new higher price and see if there's any interest.

If he's paid £50 for it, then that definitely isn't the case.

I've recently sold a GT Zaskar / Rock Shox Judy XC / Deore XT M737 on here for £200.

Hope this helps.

Re:

I understand the first two replies obviously not happy because this seems like it was bought to make a quick profit. But the original poster has asked a question posted in the correct part of the forum.

Give him a little bit of a break.

Thank you Chris D.
I didn't buy it to make a quick profit but my wife wasn't happy when I got home because we don't have any space for it unfortunately.

Yes the reason I was asking is because I always undervalue stuff so it was just to get an idea.

I won't be asking again so don't worry yourselves!

It's a forum to ask what things are worth.., which is what the poster has done....so I'm not sure why the attitude from the first 2 replies....if he had an idea of its value...dont you think he wouldn't ask...just dos he's bought it, doesn't mean that's what it's worth.....

I say what you paid for it, add on a bit for your trouble and move it on. That way you are not out of pocket and if the next guy gets a good deal then fair game.

Its difficult to value something like that without more info; age, size etc. What age/series forks? I saw a late 90s zaskar frame on the bay go for about £140 the other day (legit or not I don't know), others I see struggle for under £100. Forks are the same, I have seem them go for £25-£70 depending on the day and the prevailing wind. very early zaskar are desirable, the alter ones not so much (for some).

If you have the time and the tools it might be worth spending time polishing to make it more attractive to a buyer? Same with the forks, 'freshly serviced' always makes a sale.

GLWS!

Dont polish it! you'll bugger the ball barneshed finish that is now all but extinct on most Zaskars to over lovin' from the polish
