Oh dear not sure.

Flat cap says Zaskar, gusset under downtube would say post 97.
Type 2 mech hanger would say 1998 on, cnc'd rear dropouts post 2000.
But no integral seatclamp...
16" frame (18s are nearer horizontal).

It's a GT .. probably !

looks like a 1998 LE, as about that time the LE started being different from normal zaskars
