Hello All!!
I am selling my GT Zaskar frame which was recovered from a scrapyard.
I had a thread about it on this website at:
http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=140728
So the frame will be £40 posted. I need payment by paypal tonight as I am collecting something I won unexpectedly on eBay tomorrow morning and I need the funds in my account.
Hopefully I can post tomorrow as well.
Positives of frame:
Early U brake model
Straight
No dents (ultra slight dent in TT as it intersects with ST but a storage mark I reckon - see pics below)
Err it's light??
Negatives:
This was abused cosmetically - scratches and marks all over but I reckon most of them will polish out. I will include some wet and dry sandpaper I bought to do the job if you want it.
Gear hanger has snapped off - neatly but obviously not a great thing to happen.
BB still stuck in - I haven't had the time to sort it out yet but bolting a BB remover on and using a long leverage pole will sort it.
If someone pays the asking price I'll chuck in a Dia-Compe Hombre u brake in silver with green anodised hardware FOC. Used once on a BMX with pads and fixings etc.
Open to near offers. Please register interest on here first. No dibs please.
Thanks for your time!!
