The carbon frame measures 19.5 " from centre to top. The bb threads look to be in good condition. There are lots of sticky patches where stickers used to be.
the electrical tape is the cheap alternative to heat shrink tape which seems very hard to find.. after soaking each layer of carbon fabric, you have to get rid of excess epoxy and compress it while it cures - so you wrap the tape around, with little holes pricked in it and the epoxy is squeezed out. you need to compress the epoxy while it dries to give the fabric its best strength. can look messy after so you need to sand down after each layer.. good luck!

Is so, what is the 18" measurement....centre of cranks to top tube or centre of cranks to top of seat tube (where seatpost goes in frame).
