GT Lightning?

sorry I don't have enough posts to put a link up.

This auction is too far away for me and seller won't split the frames.

I'm sure I may be proven wrong but the bike at the front looks like a GT Lightning - its the joints around the rear dropouts and the flat end cap - someone who can collect may get a bargain there!

I wander? is that rust on the head tube? Or just gunk?

is that rust by the lower headset cup? and the welds dont look to god, but th rear drop out does look similar

When I recently stripped down my (mystery) ti frame it had rust stains from the headset cups and the skewers on the ti parts.

what, with that drop-out? Thers no mud guard eyelets and the outpost doesnt have GT on the drop out. So I doubt it.

GM will be along sometime and put us all to shame...
