Not the coolest GT but I couldn’t pass it up as it was only £59 and I could get it collected for free .I think it’s from the early 2000’s so not vintage old. The picture on eBay wasn’t great and the advert was very limited in description but did say it hadn’t been used much and he’s wasn’t wrong. On collection he said he got it new used it a couple of times and then left it in the garage.
Gears aren’t working as the cables are seized , I think it’s on the original tyres as everything else doesn’t have any wear . Paint on the test are came up like new and I can only find 2 small chips.
Plan is to get it stripped down cleaned , serviced ,new cables, and probably schwalbe city jet tan walls

Looks good. Purely personal opinion but I really like the "x" brace on the rear seat stays and smooth rear drop outs of Yr 2000 and older frames.

Yes the X brace is a nice touch .

Made a few changes today . Ditched off all the reflectors, fitted wider bars, fitted a set of schwalbe tan wall city jets , temporary new pedals ( clear plastic ones are on order) and gave it a clean.
