GT All terra - age and model ID required

Geordynige

Retro Newbie
Hi all,
My lucky wife has just inherited a lovely brushed aluminium GT all terra from a friend who no longer uses it. I have no idea how old the bike is or which model it is?

Any help would be much appreciated

Cheers

I'd go later than mid. . . with the brace thingy welded underneath the downtube and not between top and downtubes..

Nice condition.

My guess as a minor GT obsessive would be a 1998 GT Tempest (if the sticker's original no others were that colour that year). Look on the frame for a number and if it were a Zaskar it would have 6061 stamped on it somewhere.

Try here (page 17).

There's a spec in there somewhere, obviously it will have been updated but a lot of bits might be standard.

Thanks Guys,
So it could be a:-
- GT Pantera 96
- GT Avalanche
- GT Tempest 98

Which one is the best?

Cheers
