Dear Grove rider,

Here a fellow Grove rider speaking ...and moderator also. It is indeed true you have to spec as asking price. This to put everything as much as possible in the open, hoping to guarantee happy dealing on Retrobike. Normally I would have to take your ad down, but you totally made my day with posting that, so I look to the other side a few moments if you only post an asking asap  Thank you.

Btw I do know your bike from the purplelizard website.

Hope it will find a new caring warm home. Good luck selling.

Sorry about not posting a price ... I'm new to the forum and didn't notice that a price had to be included.

That said, I hope to get at least 25% of the original value of the bike + the extra fork. In round numbers that is about $1,000. But I'm not really sure what a fair asking price is for the bike.

Yes, that's my Grove on Purple Lizard's site ... I'm keeping my X frame, and want to sell my full suspension bike because I have the itch to build a 29er hardtail. My wife would shoot me if I added another bike to my "stable" !
