I'm not surprised at the price. Rascals never commanded the price that the Attitudes and Adroits did, but this is a new one. I've seen more NOS Attitudes/Adroits than I have NOS Racals, so this is a rara avis for sure.
Jus' speculating, but anyone who was going to buy a wallhanger in 1991, would probably have gone for the high end stuff. People who bought Rascals only bought them to ride. Just a guess.
