Mystery Spade bottom bracket shell

This has come up locally for pretty cheap, I'm leaning towards an Italian frame but not sure. Any ideas? It's my least favourite frame colour, green, but it does come with a campag headset and bottom bracket.

Yup, Colner for sure. Any pantos on the frame?

Agree with prior comments. Never quite sure if all frames were contract built or not. I had one with Colner BB drainhole, Colnago clubs head lug. I believe it was a mistake since Vetta built both Colner and Colnago frames and the whole idea was to keep the brands as separate entities allowing Colner sponsored teams while technically being overseen by Colnago. I have seen some stock bikes (not racing frames) with both Colnago and Colner decals so who knows.
