I see a lot of sellers doing this i.e kicking off a listing so it has the prime end time time of Sunday evening then stick in the details when they can be bothered to dust off their camera.

Why they don't just wait an extra week and make the most of their listing fee, I've no idea. Maybe it creates extra watchers thinking a bargain could be had? Although I doubt it will gather as many as a well worded auction with large, well taken pictures.

This sort of thing on Ebay just starts my alarm bells start ringing and I switch off. As you say, why not put the ad up when you're ready and make the most of the listing.

hehe im watching it and hoping for a bargain
i think most people dont search in newly listed order, only look at stuff thats ending that day so it does seem like hes wasting his money a bit yeah. not sure why it should put you off tho.
