On the subject of grease though has just reminded me of a guy I used to ride with that used copper grease on all his moving parts! He was a cracker!
Anyway guys all the best for 2016 and hope it brings you all you hope and wish for. Looking forward to getting to a few rides and hopefully meeting some faces from on here this year. I think my age and fitness will make me look silly alongside a lot of you though!

Yeah, i new someone that used copper slip on his bike bearings too

And your grease should be lasting more than a couple of rides. Using components with good seals (argh-argh) and grease that doesn't thin out upon use helps. And I keep even hoses away from bearings
