What kind of riding do you do? I like the original scheme, pretty much anything added kind of detracts. However, bikes are for riding, and going down the shocks and risers path is understandable, it is well trodden and results in a bike you might enjoy and ride rather than leave in the shed.

To think, I was coming round to the idea I might like a bit of ano. Thanks for your thread, it has brought me to my senses again!
