Good Raleigh Parts Distributor?

Hi, i've got an old Raleigh, and i'm looking to replace the Head badge, and the seatpost stem bolt. I've asked Raleigh, and tried Ebay, but can't find what i'm looking for.

Are there any good places to buy new parts for older bikes? I'd really like the 125 year Raleigh badge if i could find it....

There's often head badges on ebay and I think i've even seen the seatpost bolt (red 'R') type recently.
