Make a bid, but I'd go for cash-on-collection just to make sure!
I've never had any trouble with ebay refunds due to scammers, but some people have, I believe.
If its a clear cut case of "goods never arrived" ebay always pay up. Well, they do in my experience.

No feedback and account opened a week ago in Thurso ... so collection not possible.

Hi Guys
I only just noticed this and I live just a few (12) miles out of Thurso.
Not mine bit shouldn't be too hard to work out whose it is/was.
There is a big traditional cycling community up here in Caithness with both Wick and Thurso having a club. Certainly not suprising to see something like this come out of the cupboard up here.
Sorry I didnt see this sooner as I could have gone and taken a look to make sure it was genuine.
If anyone needs anything this far north again, just yell...........loudly.
Its not the end of the earth......but I can see it from here
