Glenlivet MTB Trails

Has anyone been to the trails at Glenlivet?
Thinking about taking the girlfriend there sometime next week, she's never been mountain biking before. Apparently there is bike hire available, and a 9k Blue route, sounds ideal for a few hours on a bike.

Any tips or suggestions welcome.

Not been but read a few good reviews about it. Gonna have to make a trip at some point.
