That lovely Mercian is a road not a track frame? And quite small. About a 19 inch I'd guess?

I'm 5'7"" these days, but still with an inside leg of 32". Could this fit me? Expert opinions please.

Previous owner stripped the bike down,degreased etc.Then prepped it for paint,painted it.Changed it to a single speed and then reassembled it.
He kept it with another Mercian (a king of Mercia), so didn't ride it much.
I can't post it as I'm just too busy.
At 5,7 with the same inside leg as me you should be ok.
